Complete the following information accurately and to the best of your ability. All Participants will have to complete supplementary information. Participants under 18 years old will need parent signatures for media release.

PLEASE NOTE: Your registration is NOT CONFIRMED until we have received your payment ($95 - payment includes all meals, clinics, rehearsals, music and a festival t-shirt). We can only guarantee delivery of your shirt if you register and send payment before November 4th. Every effort will be made to complete your registration if you register after November 4th.

We do offer the option to make a secure online payment by credit card/PayPal.
To cover processing costs for this option, we do charge an additional convenience fee
($3 on registration,) If you wish to take advantage of this option, please indicate your intent at the bottom of your registration. Links will be available to make your payment on the confirmation page. By submitting payment, you agree that no refunds will be provided without written consent from the Atlanta Trumpet Ensemble.
